Mental Health App

'Heart and Mind' is a Mental Health Tracker App which aims to help young men develop their Emotional Literacy capabilities, in attempts to counter the risks of Toxic Masculinity.
The app is designed to incorporate 'Gamefication' when helping individuals explore and understand their emotions. As the user progresses, they 'unlock' more complex emotions, helping them to correctly label their real life experiences.
